Vivarose Espadín
Our classic expression. A young Espadín, cooked in the stone oven and double distilled in copper, finished with grana cochinilla until it takes on its vivid red color.
Color: Bright, electric red, from cochineal alone.
Nose: Fresh agave and delicate red fruit.
Palate: Subtle sweetness, bright citrus and herbal notes. Smooth, clean finish.

Special Aged Reposado
Our Reposado. Six months in virgin white oak that never held another spirit, then finished with a deeper measure of grana cochinilla.
Color: Deep blood red, intensified by the six months in oak.
Nose: Toasted agave, vanilla, oak.
Palate: Herbal and citrus, toasted spice, long dry finish.
The craft: 7-year Espadín, stone conical oven, stone-milled, double distilled in copper.
